Here is an overview of our management team.

EXECUTIVE TEAM
Frank Magnotti

Frank Magnotti, President and CEO

Frank is our CEO and responsible for the growth of Fluitec. He is an officer of the company and leads Fluitec's Executive Council. Frank also holds P&L responsibility and reports to our board. Previously, he was founder of Comverge (NASDAQ: COMV) and President of the company's Clean Energy Solutions Group. Frank Magnotti began his career with Bell Labs, the research and development arm of AT&T, holding research, program management, strategic planning and general management positions during his 14-year term, ultimately founding AT&T Bell Labs' Utility Solutions Division in 1991. In 1995, Frank Magnotti began his tenure as General Manager of Lucent Technology, Inc.'s (ALU) Utility development, project management and profit and loss. From there, Frank Magnotti joined Comverge as subsidiary of what is known today as Acorn Energy Group (ACFN). Today, Comverge is the leading full-service demand response firm, serving both the residential and commericial/industrial markets. Frank Magnotti has served as both Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Demand Response and Advanced Metering Coalition (DRAM) and holds two patents. He holds B.E. and M.E. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Cooper Union School of Engineering.

Greg Livingstone, Executive Vice President - Marketing & Technology

Greg is an officer of Fluitec and resides on the company's Executive Council. He is responsible for Fluitec's marketing, R&D and business development. He also spearheads the company's Lubrication Academy and LASER Consulting Services. Greg has been involved with lubrication contamination control and condition monitoring for the entirety of his career. He's a Certified Lubrication Specialist and past-chair of ASTM D02 CO1 on Turbine Oil Analysis and Problem Solving. He is the current chair of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineer's Power Generation Council. He has over 35 papers published across a wide range of industry leading publications. He's a passionate presenter and is frequently on the technical meetings circuit discussing emerging technologies.

Jo Ameye, Excecutive Vice President - Global Sales

Jo is an officer of Fluitec and resides on the company's Executive Council. He leads our very talented global sales force and is responsible for maintaining Fluitec's growth and growing the top line of our income statements. He has more than 20 years in the condition monitoring of hydraulic and industrial lubrication markets and has been working closely with worldwide OEM's for the Power Generation Industry and Oil and Additive companies. Jo is co-chair of ASTM Subcommittee on Turbine oils and Oxidation and also active member of STLE, ELGI, NLGI, and DIN. Jo frequents all corners of the globe where expertise in condition monitoring is well acknowledged. Jo is a biochemical engineer by training and has dozens of published papers to this name. He also completed his education with the General Management program of the Vlerick Leuven Ghent Management School.

Brian Thompson, Executive Vice President - Operations

Brian is an officer of Fluitec and resides on the company's Executive Council. He is responsible for supplier relationships, product development, administration, and the management of our global operational facilities. He has an extensive background in engineering and chemistry combined with over 11 years of experience in the lubricant and testing industry. Brian was formerly the manager of a leading U.S. commercial oil analysis laboratory and this experience provides high value to our laboratory partners. Brian holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Management. Mr. Thompson is a Certified Lubrication Specialist, the past Chairman of the STLE Cincinnati Section, the current Chairman of ASTM D02.CS96.5 on Particle Counting, and is actively involved in numerous other professional organizations.

 

ADVISORS

André Annicq - Chairman of the Board

André received his Master in Business Econometrics from the Jesuit University in Antwerp and began his career with Cargill. He discovered his entrepreneurial side quickly and left to start his own business. Andre has had a distinguished career building successful professional organizations from scratch on three continents over 30 years. He has been deeply involved in the sales and marketing side of the chemical industry, and has been successful at managing highly competent teams and producing industry leading ROI and profits. Andre frequently compares building a business to sailing, one of his other passions.

Mari Bozon - Board Director

Mari Bozon is former management consultant with McKinsey & Co in London and Stockholm and is now a partner in private investment company Cinmar Holdings based in the Netherlands. Her focus area is business development and growth strategy, focusing on environmentally sustainable businesses. Ms. Bozon was part of setting up the Climate Change practice at McKinsey & Co. and is co-developer of the global McKinsey work on Greenhouse Gases Abatement Opportunities. Ms. Bozon earned a Masters in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics, including the Kenan-Flagler Business School MBA program at the University of North Carolina.
