Problem

The client began experiencing fluctuations of MPC levels and bearing temperatures which began affecting their production rates and by extension would have forced them into an unplanned shutdown or downtime. This would have directly impacted on their reliability and overall efficiency.

Solution

Fluitec’s ESP was installed on the system and Boost VR+ was also added. After these were added the bearing temperatures flat lined and MPC levels drastically reduced.

Results

After installation of the ESP system in combination with Boost VR+, the bearing temperature no longer fluctuated and remained at the constant operating value. Additionally, The MPC levels declined from 30 to 5. It was also noted that the foaming values and air release values were greatly improved.
